It was just nearing three in the afternoon and it was that time... the time she and Will had set up for their little outing in the lake! Needless to say, Shihoko was rather excited. She'd brought her wand so she could transfigure her clothes into something a little bit more apropriate for exploring a lake. She was dressed, otherwise, in the uniform with her Ravelclaw scarf dangling loose about her neck. The irremovable necklace that her grandmother had made rested about her neck. She had foresaken the outer robe, as it wasn't too cold out, and remained in the simple white button down, the skirt and leggings. She had brought a towel with her. Sure she could easily just dry herself off with magic she supposed, but a towel was a nice thing to have as well.
Shihoko walked down to the lake just as the large clock turned to 3. Right on time! She dropped her book bag by the edge of the lake and slipped off her shoes. Dantily, Shihoko stuck her right foot into the lake. Brr! It was rather cold; but then again it was September so what did she expect? Hopefully the affects of the gillyweed would suffice to keep her warm under water. Hey, if they give you gills they should at least give you a little bit more warmth in the water than a normal person would have? (Not that there was anything normal about anyone at Hogwarts!)
She heard footsteps coming from behind her and she figured it was Will. WIthout trying to seem too excited, Shihoko turned around and smiled, giving him a friendly wave. This was going to be interesting.... Shihoko had to make sure to remember every detail so she could tell Lexi about it later!
