Juhi walked carefully down to the lake, enjoying the sun on her face. She had a delicate balancing act going on between her bag, the blanket she'd brought from the common room, and the bundle of lunch in her arms. Finding a suitable spot, she stopped walking and stood in slight confusion for a beat. Then she knelt down on the grass and let the blanket slide out from underneath her arm, set the bundle of sandwiches and fruit on it, and shrugged her bag off her shoulder. Moving the food carefully to balance on top of the bag, she grabbed the corners of the blanket and began spreading it out. Fridays WERE glorious.
