Regarding the Yule Ball Threads
We've gotten a couple of questions about this, so here's the deal!
You will all make your own posts for Yule Ball interactions; there will not be one big post (a'la the Ministry-kidnapping plot) made by us.
However, as everyone will be in one area, your threads must be open to everyone. You may still indicate you wish to be in the thread, but it cannot exclude characters. Everyone is milling around, people are going to bump into one another.
The only exception is if you have your character(s) in a different area of the ball -- a wintery-themed gazebo, the gardens, a twinkle-lit courtyard, or those infamous bushes (but come on, bushes? THEY'RE SO PRICKLY.) -- otherwise, it's all public domain.
