Adrien paced back and forth along the pitch, waiting for the younger boy to arrive. They had planned to meet at 7 but Hargreaves seemed to be running rather late. How rude! Not that Adrien really cared that much, of course- he was usually late to absolutely everything- but it would have been nice if Hargreaves had shown up on time.
Oh, that Adrien Bennet. Such a hypocrite, that one.
He turned sharply, switching his broom in his other hand as he did so. He could just begin to fly but that required effort. Adrien was nothing if not lazy. Lord only knows how he managed to become a Slytherin with an attitude like that. Well, maybe he was saving his energy for flying with Hargreaves.
...or maybe he was just lazy.
The boy glanced down at his watch, wondering when his fellow Snake would show up. If he wasn't here in the next couple of minutes, Adrien was determined to leave. He had plenty of better things to do than wait for his friend to show. Now if only he knew what those 'better things' were...
