Lounging. What could be more fun on a Sunday morning, hmm? Nothing that Milinda Olack could think of. She'd skipped breakfast that morning, favoring a nice long sleep in. She'd only just awoken. She thrown on a comfortable pair of muggle jeans and a sweater and and somehow made her way downstairs.

She had picked the couch, as it was a perfect place to lounge. She strechted out and closed her eyes, fully intending to sleep some more. That was, until she recieved a distraction in the form of Phil. She slowly opened her eyes.

"Hallo Phil. Whats up?"

Phillip grinned at the younger girl as she opened her eyes to look up at him, then he moved to stand in front of the couch. He raised an eyebrow and waved his hand, indicating that she ought to make room for him to join her.

However, he didn't wait for her to move and merely made to lift her feet and slid under them onto the couch. He then patted her legs in a brotherly manner, "Nothing much. Just another Sunday fit for sleeping in, yeah?" he winked, "What're you up to, hmm? Don't think we've talked in a long while."

The younger Gryffindor was something like a little sister to him. Well, if Phillip had had any younger sisters, but Mimi was as close as it had gotten. He'd taken it upon himself to sort of look after her from their very first meeting. And he'd adopted her ever since, keeping a personal interest in all the goings on with the younger girl.

Mimi made a move to move her legs, but wasn't given the chance. Phillip just took it upon himself to do it for her. She giggled and swatted at him.

"Yeah, 'twas what I did. Sleeping in and all." She yawned, which, only emphasized her point. "Me? Oh you know me Phil. I've never got anything exciting to do. I'm rather boring, sadly enough." She frowned, only because she knew it to be true.

Mimi looked up to Phil like no one else in Hogwarts. He'd sort of adopted her, and she stuck to him like glue. He was perhaps the one person in Hogwarts that she felt she could tell anything too. Sadly though, at the moment, she had nothing to report.

Phillip chuckled as she swatted at him, but merely patted her legs again, grinning widely at her. Then he leaned back and lounged against the couch. He gave her a raised eyebrow and a disbelieving look, "Oi, you're far from boring, Mimi. All you need is the right... guidance... for an adventure," his face curved into a devious smirk, "Perhaps I could help you out there sometime, yeah?" he winked, still smirking.

Letting the smirk drop, he decided to play the serious older brother for a minute, "And what about classes? Not skivving off too much? Any rotten Slytherins bothering you? You know, anything I ought to take care of," he wore a serious frown but quickly broke into a smile, unable to keep up the charade. He knew Mimi was old enough to take care of herself these days. Of course, he'd not hesitate to defend her if she asked or he felt she needed it. Hotheaded and overprotective were two of the most frequently used adjectives to describe Phillip Davenport, after all.
