Jackie groaned as she collapsed on her bed. Although History was on Monday, she was still plagued with the homework assignment. She knew she had to work on it if she was going on the field trip on Thursday, as she'd have to work on all of those class assignments the next day - which would squish into her weekend if she wasn't careful. But darn it! Did it have to be History?
With a moan, she dug into her bag that had landed squarely at the side of her bed and pulled out her books. Hopefully, she would get it done tonight, so she could be free to do more... interesting things.
