Preston looked up cautiously from his cereal, eyes narrowed as his gaze swept across the Great Hall. He was dreading seeing that horrid Hufflepuff again, and yet part of him found a rather sick amusement in it.
She had been a bit of fun, after all. Wes was a gem with the few wandless spells he could do, and Silencio'ing her was brilliant. However, the more brilliant part had come when he'd removed the hex, and the bint had went on crying and trying to write a note to Professor Kilpatrick. And she could have talked!
It brought a smirk to his face, and he shook his head with amusement before looking back down at his food. Bah, disgusting junk.
He pushed his bowl away and reached for a paper down the table, hoping to make a bit more of his morning before heading to his first class of the day.
