It was strange, but when Tobias had headed for the second class of his day, Divination, there had been a note on the door telling him and his classmates that class had been cancelled, and that they were to head to the Study Hall in the Great Hall. Most of the other students had decided to just skive off, rather than actually go to Study Hall, but Tobias was one of the rare few who actually went.
Seeing Rylie sitting at a seat by herself, he contemplated whether or not to leave her alone. They'd not had much time to talk to one another recently, though, so he headed her direction, figuring that if she didn't want him to sit with her, she could tell him.
"Hey, Rylie," he said, giving her a small smile as he reached her side. "Mind if I sit?" He'd been hearing rumours about something that had happened the previous night, but didn't know what was going on. Probably just some second year having set off a dung bomb or something. Perhaps more relationship drama within the castle...
