Alright, I've a question. So the howlers might land on someone who didn't write the message, or on someone who actually did, right? If it landed on someone who was totally unrelated to the message, does he/she play it as if the howler was revealing his/her secret, even though it isn't, or as if it was some sort of revelation totally unrelated to them? Just need to clarify so some of us would know how to go about in our posts. Thanks!

It's completely up to you! However you want to play it is fine. Some people hear the Howlers and get mad because they think it's a prank. Others are spazzing because it's a secret they tolk. Or maybe it's not their secret, but it really sort of applies to them. And so they might get nervous. Depends on who and what, really -- but there's not set rule of thumb. ^^
