Have you ever held an officials position in HiH? If so, how many terms? Yes, [for approximately a term and a half - mod edit]
How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? A lot of it. I'm sorry I can't quantify it in numbers, but I freelance write and work from home right now, so I won't get in trouble if I do HiH things to get my mind cleared for work and stuff. Also I tend to stay up late, so that's there too!
Have you participated in this community before? Yes, quite often :)
If there were an argument or conflict regarding the community (someone inappropriately marking the rating or a points dispute, for instance), how would you handle it? I've had points disputes before from just typing the wrong thing or assigning someone a bonus they didn't earn--it was nice of them to be honest and come forward--and all I did was check their claim, see they were right and say something like "Whoops! I'm sorry, I made an error. I've fixed it now." People are really nice about that. As for a rating issue, if that were to be a problem, I'd just politely ask them to reconsider. One time I had to tell a guy in the comments on a news website to please stop swearing because it's a family news outlet, so I'm used to stuff like that.
What would you like to change or see kept the same? The new monthly activity structure is nice. That should be kept the same. Also, more social posts! People like to just chat and have fun showing off gifs and things. And more Animagus participation in Hogsmeade festivities.
Why are you interested in being mod of this community? Animagus is a really neat and unique part of HiH, which is already neat and unique in and of itself. No one can be labeled the exact same thing, which is a great way of celebrating everyone's unique personalities. Plus, you learn a lot more about different animals when you see people's votes.
Do you have any experience with html and graphics creation? Oh yes! I'm good with some basic HTML--and can get google to help me--and I run a shop and really like making graphics.

How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? I have access to the internet 99% of the day, so I would be available almost all the time.
Have you participated in this community before? I have an animagus form, and have done a few monthly activities.
If there were an argument or conflict regarding the community (someone inappropriately marking the rating or a points dispute, for instance), how would you handle it? I would double-check the rules first and foremost to see where the fault lie. From there, I would reference the rule when replying to the person. If it came to it, I would not hesitate to speak with my fellow mod or the HiH mods if I felt out of my element or was unsure in any way how to deal with the situation.
What would you like to change or see kept the same? I really like the way the registry is set up, but I'd like to make sure that's always up-to-date.
Why are you interested in being mod of this community? Animagus has always interested me and I really want to get more involved in HiH.
Do you have any experience with html and graphics creation? I have been working with both HTML and graphic arts for years.

If so, how many terms? yes, I have held multiple mod positions over the past few years (2 positions for 1 term each, and another position that I held for 2 different terms). In total, I've been an official during 3 different terms. I've also led clubs and wards back when St Mungo's was around
How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? Right now I'm only working very limited hours, so I have TONS of free time for planning and running activities. I also get emails and LJ notifications on my phone, so I'm able to respond very quickly.
Have you participated in this community before? yes, I've been a registered Animagus for about 3 years
If there were an argument or conflict regarding the community (someone inappropriately marking the rating or a points dispute, for instance), how would you handle it? Talk to the person/people involved privately and hear their side. If it's a misunderstanding of the rules, calmly explain it to them. If it can't be settled between the person/people involved and my co-mod and I, then I would bring the head mods in to help as well. I think the main thing with conflicts is to stay calm and not point fingers at anyone, as well as keeping it from getting around the community and starting an onslaught of rumors.
What would you like to change or see kept the same? I think the new voting format is awesome and with the new voting guide that's being finished up, it's going to make voting so much easier and hopefully invite lots of people to participate in voting!
Overall, I think the current mods have done a great job at keeping things running smoothly and keeping all of HiH updated. I'd like to continue with the current system of 1 voting batch, 1 social post, and 1 activity per month, because that seems to work pretty well with the amount of activity the community is seeing right now.
I'd also like to see some team activities, where we can get together in groups and work on activities. Kind of like the Order of the Phoenix activities but on a smaller scale. These kinds of activities always seem to increase visibility of comms (so more people get involved!) and it's a great way to meet other people in the community, especially those from other houses than your own.
Why are you interested in being mod of this community? I've not been as active at HiH in the past few months due to moving and personal stuff and I'd like to get back into things, and I know from past experience that being a mod is a great way to do that! (and it's a lot of fun!)
Do you have any experience with html and graphics creation? Yes- I've participated in lots of graphics challenges at HiH and have owned a Flourish shop in the past.
