Thoughts...
I'd like to think that I am a good cook, however there are some very basic dishes that I can't cook.
Mashed Potatoes - somehow I always get the milk/butter ratio wrong and they don't taste right or they are too liquidity or sometimes rubbery
Fried Chicken - my people are so ashamed
and last night I discovered that I can't make Rice-a-Roni - I know, the directions are on the back of the box...IDIOT!
On another note, one of the first times I was in San Francisco I saw a cable car with an ad for Rice-a-Roni. It was really funny at the time, but I see how in retrospect it is lame.
I went to a reception at school today and brought home 3 ziplock bags full of Indian Food. With this, I am both ghetto *and* global.
