DESIRED CLASS | Blade Brandier. Though there is no precise analogue to Kain's Dragon Knight abilities amongst the classes, the Lord Partizan is not suitable (he is not a tank, per se) and Kain may equip swords in FFIV. Assigning Blade Brandier also borrows from FFIV: The After Years, where Kain is a swordfighter in his guise as the Hooded Man.
