Good times!
I had a great night last night. Vin, my mom, Adam, Aiden and I all went out to dinner and had a couple beers. My mom and Adam had to take off early, so Vin, Aiden, and I walked down to State St. We grabbed some coffee at Espresso Royale and walked around. We went into the new Overture Center and checked out the art show that was up. It was very low key, but I had a really good time. Aiden is one of the few friends I have in Madison that I can have a seriously intelligent conversation with. You would think with all the educated people in Madison that it wouldn't be hard to find people like that, but it is. A degree from UW just means that you are capable of working hard enough to pass classes on one specific subject. It does not guarantee a smart individual. Anyway, it was a good night and I'm glad I got to hang out with a few friends.
