The Red Sparowes/Zombi concert at Lil Joe's was excellent. I got to talk to all of them and Red Sparowes' drummer said they are recording a new album in January, due out next summer sometime.
I think tonight I'll be helping out down at the Hirsch again, since it's a 24 hour operation anyway and I got a little sunburned yesterday afternoon. Yesterday was sorting through, packing, and loading onto trucks donations to be shipped elsewhere (surprisingly they have enough stuff here already to last a while, i wouldn't expect shreveport/bossier to be so nice) and helping load water and juices to be shipped for others involved in the relief process.
