How would calling for directions be considered lazy? If a person hasn't been a place it would make perfect sense to inquire about where the said location of said party is.

Ah.

You must be new here.

Of course. I don't know what would make you think otherwise.

[Sheldon misses that sarcasm by a mile.]

Penny often says that about me. Have you met her? You two seem like you would get along very well.

I haven't had the pleasure.

{Though he can well imagine how fascinating a friend of this guy must be}

Well if there's alcohol it would be like 'drawing bees to honey' as my meemaw would say. I'd say she's suffering from a bit of a withdrawal.

Well, we can't have that.

I'm always stocked in alcohol.

I will inform you that she is what Howard would refer to as a 'hot mess' when she has consumed her fill of alcohol.

Then she knows how to have a good time.

I think we can handle her.

I don't see why would you want to spend time with her while she's in that state but I suppose if you really do seek her company while she's in an intoxicated state I can't do anything to stop you.

You can extend an invitation to her.

Of course, it might not even be her scene.

Oh, that's highly unlikely. Did you not take note of my analogy earlier?

Are we referring the 'hot mess', or what?

Reply

knocksthrice September 26 2010, 05:14:49 UTC
No, that would not be an analogy. It was the one about bees to honey.

Right.

What is it you do, exactly?
