Today I had to give my first speech in my Public Speaking class.
The topic was independent rap.
I rapped, for the first time in front of a bunch of people I don/t know.
The applause was great.
My teacher has asked me to be a guest speaker at her son/s school.
It/s a predominantly white school, and the point of the speech/rap is to show that hip-hop isn/t just a "black" thing.
It/s exciting, I could start to get some really good exposure.
