I had a wonderful night out for my birthday with Mary-kun and it got very exciting at some point there. I have my suspicions. Met some very nice fellows but came back to camp for a late dinner and cake. Thank you Mary-kun for not throwing a compass at my head and leaving the depths of the library to celebrate. And for the slide for my pool. You're always welcome to come play.
Suddenly being without heating is invigorating. I think it goes to show how much I've gotten used to the weather here. I destroyed the remaining bits of the ice on the lake and have left my inflateable pool for bigger bodies of water. And then returning for warm baths, which are thankfully still working even with the lack of heating.
Everyone should consider going swimming, the water is lovely.
And happy birthday, Yukimura-kun. If I'd known it was so close to mine, I would have invited you out with us, sorry.
