Absolutely everyone who is not in a group patrol is to immediately call in, text in, or be physically present at the partial safe zone that is already established at the first floor of the Enforcer Apartments. In addition, all agents and Enforcers of this branch not otherwise occupied in such patrols are to, as soon as possible, head there. Any individuals known to be injured, ill, or otherwise at less than full firmness are to be physically carried to the partial safe zone.
The short broadcast from Thomas, in combination with the two disappeared agents, leaves me with a significant concern that we are under attack from an unknown agent. If such is the case, only in groups do we have even a modest chance of safety.
All patrols are asked to roll-call their numbers and status ASAP, and regularly bulletin to a councilor known to be in the safe zone. Use texts to maximize battery life, as power is now an active concern.
Above all else, stay in groups. Do not, for any reason, move off individually, except as necessary to move to join a group.
Due to the state of emergency, I will be partially suspending my premise to not use my powers on CO agents, regardless of rank. Specifically, anyone in wish of a power boost, I will use my abilities to grant it. This is strictly temporary until order is restored, or completion of a full-site evacuation, whichever comes first. I will not use influence on individuals who have received my abilities unless necessary.
We must remain calm and controlled for our safety... And our best hope of recovering the missing agents.
