I paid a quick visit to Blockbuster today. Bought 3 DVDs for a 100 shekels. I found only 2 DVDs I actually wanted, but I threw in the 3rd one...

So now I have Fawlty Towers on two DVDs, with Hebrew subtitles and all, and it's excellent. I also have a Wallace & Gromit DVD I might watch some day.

When I got to the registry to pay, I noticed that Blockbuster offers a free rental of the first 4 episodes of The O.C.. They probably think it's a good way to get you hooked on the show. You know what? They're right. I never watched The O.C. before, but I'm definitely gonna watch the rest. Almost everything about the show is good. The drama is not too schmaltzy, the characters are easy to relate to and there is a lot of potential in terms of storylines.

Yeah, I know... it's old news, and I previously said that I usually don't watch shows like this, so sue me.
