A matter of opinion

How do you feel about saying you're sorry? What should it entail?

Is waiting for it all to blow over an option? Well, it is an option, but is it a good one?

Is a letter enough? Should there be a lot of groveling? Should it be only "I'm sorry" or should it contain possible reasons (which may or may not anger the other side)? Should it be all about apologizing or about clearing all bad-blood? How honest should one be in such a letter?

Are peace offerings helpful? Not in the diamonds or plasma TV division, but more in the chocolate and flowers league.

Is there a small chance in hell that people can really forgive? CAN people forgive or is it just they pretend they forget it for a little while?

I realize this is a bit sketchy but try to work with me people. Don't you think I would have given more details if I could?
