Asleep in perfection.
So much to write about, so little time. But let's start here, shall we...
I did something tonight that I've never done before. I took my Anatomy textbook into the bathroom and read and highlighted it while I sat on the toilet. I'll just say that this is more an act of desperation rather than the cry of a collapsed mental state (... but, you could argue otherwise.)
I learn things about myself every day.
Um. Yes, anyway.
I have a prac exam on friday and Failure is looking more and more promising by the minute. So what do I do at 3 in the morning, 3 days before The Exam? Blogging on Livejournal, what else?
I will go study/sleep (I haven't decided). In a minute.
The most exciting thing that's happened to me since, maybe, forever was the Evermore gig last Friday night. That was hands down the best gig I've been to in... forever. The boys were incredible and they performed so well and damn, I love my poprock bands! Well, just them, actually. If I'm not so tightass with money these days, I would've bought t-shirts. Collecting band shirts/merchandise is now high priority, can't believe how much stuff I've missed out on already. =(
Light Surrounding You continues to be my favourite song in the entire universe. It still gives me that warm fuzzy feeling inside whenever I hear it. <3
I also fell madly in love with Bob Evans (slash Kevin Mitchell), who looks strangely like my future husband! Hahaha, I ONLY DREAM. =D No, but really. He drank wine out of a wine bottle up on stage and he had a harmonica strapped around his neck and played that and the guitar at the same time. Don't tell me I'm the only one who's impressed by that level of multi-tasking... haha =) Of course, the 'drinking wine out of a wine bottle' part nailed it for me. My two favourite things in the world combined: alcohol and rockstars.
I think this is the beginning of new stalking days for me. I WANT TO BE A ROADIE! On the Evermore and Bob Evans bus. You have no idea how cool I think running errands and setting up equipments are...
Lastly, before I zonk out: Lingsi! Could I get the recording of Light Surrounding You and The Hampdens' CD off you sometime? :D
