Birrrrrthday!
I had a terrific birthday today!!! I felt so special and so so loved!!! A huge thanks (and hugs and kisses) to EVERYONE who wished me a happy birthday, you really brightened up my day (a million times over!) :D
I experienced something new today. For the first time in my life, I had to get out of bed at 4:30am to get to work. I woke up, left the house, and got to work... IN THE DARK. Everything was just so... dark!! It felt like I was walking the streets in the middle of the night (which I was... except I was going into work). Extremely odd (and painfully hard) start to my 19th year.
But, it was fantastic. The day kept getting better and better and I was so happy! Yes, even at work. My boss told everyone it was my birthday, and my friends wanted to make me a BIRTHDAY BREAD. That's right, Amy's Wellbeing Birthday BREAD, as we cleverly named it. The idea basically was: a huge ass loaf of chunky bread, stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes and every salad we've got, then pour a bucket of mayo on it, stick some candles on, and... Voila!
As difficult as it was to do, I refused. :D
I pretty much spent the whole day at work, but I went to the Lindt cafe with a couple of my workmates who finished at the same time as me. We chatted for hours and hours and I cannot remember the last time I pissed myself laughing so hard!
Lindt hot chocolate and icecream (mmm sugaaaaaaaaah) = Pure, pure heaven. Except I felt so sick afterwards. Ugh.
Okay. I cannot remember anymore because I am tired as all fuck and have to wake up at 5:30 tomorrow morning for work. Again! Funny how work has taken over my life, so much so that I am not even getting shitfaced on my 19th birthday!
