the body is collapsing rapidly-
demolition of the mind follows.
exhaustion swings from a chain and threatens me ominously.
like a wave i am engulfed.
it rolls over me.
drowning.
the head recoils.
eyes unable to stay fixated on a single object.
those feet give from under me they seem leagues away in the great abyss.
brain sending undeniable signals to give up,
be overtaken.
i will sleep as the dead do,
and think of infinite space and time as i sink.
i have relinquished this vessel.
become innumerable, sweet, all encompassing dreams with me.
