It seems like there's been quite a few interesting developments going on. Apparently someone chosen to make a renovation and have deprived us of a fountain? [sighs] Quite a shame, that.

On that note... I hear there's a "Lord of the Underworld" gracing us with their presence? [yeah, that'd be Urahara trying to stifle a laugh] Interesting ( Read more... )

A rather doubtful story, but... if a goddess had made this place her home before, I see no reason not to believe it.

Yes, I suppose the possibility is certainly there. Are you taking inventory for a specific reason?

No specific reason. Just curious. Surely if there is such a variety of people, that's a variety of customers.

Good point. It would make the sales profitable. But what would you charge people here? Is there a form of currency?

I think it would be more fun if it was just a matter of them "oweing me one". It'd be far more flexible that way.

Sure, but then how will you ensure that they'll follow through? Seems like a lot of work for such little payoff. But, then again, I'm not exactly the most motivated of people.

Interesting point. But then again, something's almost always in demand as long as a certain feline walks these streets.

Or I could follow what's typical of shops: asking for dreams in exchange.

Dreams? Is that right? Specific dreams or just... any dream?

How is that feline friend of yours? Has she turned up on your doorstep yet?

I suppose that would depend on the shop owner.

Just recently made contact with her. Now all I have to do is wait for her to disappear again.

[Chuckles.]

Is she really so fickle? Must be fun to chase after her.

Hmm, you should try it some time. It certainly passes the time by.

[Laughs a bit.]

I admit that it is fun, but I would be better off chasing my own tail.

Whatever suits you, I suppose.

Naturally.

Well... I hope you find what you are looking for, Urahara-san.

Hmm, you're not the only one. Though I don't suppose you have anything to share with me?
