Achievements of the week: managed to complete swing trainer and low ropes for the SOC (Standard Obstacle Course) run-down and completed the full 50-600 run-down in 5:41. Major accomplishment for me. Managed 22 pull-ups once again, jumped a 250 and did 50 sit-ups for IPPT only to let the rain wash away my results. But it's okay, tomorrow I shall do
