Haven't written about House in a while, perhaps since the second season has been airing in fits and starts. But the last three weeks have been new eps. I even have a viewing companion now, the lovely aderam, who seems to squee whenever Wilson appears. :)
Anyway, the Staci arc concluded nicely. I never cared much for her character, but going through their realtionship was important for us and House. ('Cause it's all about House.) The ducklings still aren't very interesting, but I'm curious to see where Cameron and Foreman go now that their little subplots have wrapped up too. And House's shower trip? Oh, we laughed and laughed. But it's good to be reminded of his serious drug problem every few weeks, and well as his "people problems." (Related? Perhaps.)
Anyway, still consider this a "fandom" even if I've not been reviewing 'em lately. Oh, and for the aforementioned aderam, here are the Must See installments:
Season One
Detox - House stops taking vidocin for a week. Mayhem ensues.
Control - Vogler becomes Chairman of the Board. House has a nemesis.
Role Model - Vogler vs. House continues. Wait for the speech.
Babies & Bathwater - Opens with the best dream sequence ever.
Love Hurts - House lets Cameron down the hard way.
Three Stories - The back story! Clever narrative format.
Season Two
Humpty Dumpty - Learn more about Cuddy.
TB or Not TB - House confronts a do-gooder.
Deception - Shows how far House will go to be right. Or does it?
They probably make more sense if you watch all of 'em. Any other House viewers have recs? Appreciate it.
