Missing fic

Hi. I'm looking for a fic where Richie kills Methos, but is taken over by his quickening. It all starts when Joe finds an old chronicle that has a drawing of Methos, only it doesn't look anything like the guy they know. They suspect the ROG to be an impostor after Mac's head and eventually Richie challenges him. Only it turns out his quickening has become so powerful that he just takes over the body of whoever takes his head.

I hope someone recognizes this, because I've been going nuts going through the Seventh dimension archive.
