Speaking of X-Men, I remember reading a particularly good gen fic where Connor meets Wolverine accidentally in a street and they go to a diner together. Does anyone remember what the title was or where to find it ( Read more... )

And this probably not allowed but does anyone have a clip of Methos' scene in Endgame? Buying the movie to watch 5 minutes of it is silly when I hated how it ended.

Do you by any chance have Tivo? You can set your Tivo to record it whenever it's on (it's on now and then on various cable channels), and then ffwd through everything but the two whole Methos scenes.

Unfortunately I don't have Tivo^^ I was hoping somebody might have it as a clip. I'm told the scene is very short.

Technically, Methos has four scenes (if you consider scenes to be when the characters physically change locations): the one in front of his London house, in the car after he and Joe rescue Mac, in the street with the Watcher laptop, and outside the Connecticut cemetary. You might want to pick up the dvd (used) of "Endgame" anyway because there's a much extended version of his London house scene in the 2nd movie version (where Kate lives).

Do those scenes amount to a significant amount of time? Or does Methos just appear, disappear, and then appear in another scene like an accessory?

I'm asking because if I do buy the dvd I will have to import it from Amazon. Rather costly.

London scene ~ 21:12-23:58 version 2
rescue/laptop scene ~ 44:47-47:22 v.2
cemetary scene ~ 45:43-46:52 v.1

Also, in version 2 Methos clearly says Sanctuary was on holy ground.

Yes, you may want to note that in the theater version, Kate died. In the video version there's a different ended.

My pet peeve is that Connor died. The man's been drugged to the gills for god knows how many years and Duncan takes his word for it when he says he wants to die?! Talk about stupid scots...
