General Guide for Shoe sizing
230mm - US 6, UK 3.5, Euro 36.5
235mm - US 6.5, UK 4, Euro 37
240mm - US 7, UK 4.5, Euro 38
245mm - US 7.5, UK 5, Euro 38.5
250mm - US 8, UK 5.5, Euro 40
OR
Sizes 230-250 are actually measurements in mm, so 230 would actually mean 23cm. Therefore, if you don't really know your size, you can measure your foot in cm and add a cm or 1cm-1.5cm as extra space
