Back from trumpet heaven...
Okay, I just had one of the most amazing brass playing experiences of my life this past week at Ohio University's 7th Annual Trumpet Workshop. It was magnificent! We did all kinds of breathing exercises and technique improving things that helped me so much. The trumpet professor at OU, Mr. Schlabach- a.k.a. Schlabby, is an amazing player and teacher. Like, him alone makes me want to go to OU now. But there's all kinds of other cool things about that college too. It's nice and small, and the people there seem to be really friendly. And I met so many other cool kids at the workshop who were really fun. Ahh... I wish this week had went on longer.
