11. Worst Cop
I really want to say Chickie here, because while she's a tough female figure (for the most part...ish), she's not exactly a "good cop." But with the finale of season 2, she sort of redeemed herself and is working her way back up to being "good cop" material. So I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and letting her get away with being runner-up.
So, again, I'm gonna go with the obvious choice here and say Dewey is the worst cop. Because seriously. Dude's got problems. He was once probably a good cop, but then, you know...shit happened, and now he's kind of a tool. But he's still awesome. I don't think Southland would be the same without him. So we thank you Dewey, you and your crazy-ass problems!
