(no subject)
Okay, 20 minutes until my mom has dinner ready. After 2 weekends at my dad's summer house I'm now at my mom's summer house in Sipoo. We don't have running water (was in the sauna this morning) but we do have electricity and phone lines and my mom's work is paying for internet. So I had 7 friends requests on facebook! Four from people I knew from the Munich International School, two of which I hadn't been in touch with for 7 years and 18 years!!!! Wow, I'm really glad they found me!
So last sat, sun, mon and tues I was at my dad's summer house. Monday we took Didi to the vet and she is pregnant! Puppies due 29.8. So I can't take any more days off from work, I only get 3 more days and I have to save those for the week Didi is supposed to give birth. Very exciting.
Today my dad is leaving Finland so my sister and the dogs are coming back to Helsinki. Melli's picking me up with the Porsche from my mom's summerhouse this evening after dropping off my dad from the airport. Then I'm back to being the no. 1 Porsche user, starting wednesday I have to start commuting again, have to leave my summer appartment on tuesday. Sniff, I enjoyed the short distances. For the time being Didi probably spends more time in the Porsche than anyone else. She's decided its her den and gets very angry at Minis if she wants to join her. Plus Didi's decided she can no longer eat turkey, only raw beef..... That's our little pregnant doggy.
