So I've been really really busy again. The four day working week after midsummers was strenuous as usual. Then friday evening after taking care of Gib quickly I went to Lilli's graduation party in Kulosaari in Brändö seglare. Stayed there for 3 hours since I had promised to be a judge at a Shetland pony show the next day. Really, really didn't feel like it. Just wanted to stay at the party and relax, but it was something I'd promised my Shetland pony friend 2 months earlier. So off to Siuntio on saturday morning. I'd even been stupid enough to promise I'd drive her and her ponies to the show. I don't really get it. She has a trailer and she has a car that can pull the trailer yet she's not gotten a driver's license for pulling the trailer. So she's always dependent on someone else. I'm slightly annoyed with her.

Anyway, so I drove to Siuntio and then from there with her car and the ponies to the show at Läyliäinen. Then I had an hour there to prepare. Was judging three classes, and had to learn the programs off by heart so I could look at the riders all the time and know where they were going next. Ofcourse I should have learnt the programs a lot earlier but I just hadn't had the time. Managed to learn the programs, but was still slightly nervous about the whole judging thing. I wanted to be a good judge. Fair and motivating. Not too harsh, the riders were so little. The average age was perhaps 10.  And I didn't want parents to complain about my judging. But all went well and I became more confident with my judging skills with every rider. In the end I found out I'd placed the riders pretty much in the same way another judge had a couple of weeks before, and no complaints from angry parents. Giving the prizes was the best  bit. Had to shake all the riders' hands. They were so sweet!

Then directly from the show to take care of Gib, just eating a pizza slice at a gas station along the way. At the stable I got the keys to my summer appartment in Sipoo where I'll live in July.

Sunday I thought I was going to a christening. I'd only found out at the beginning of the week and I hadn't even had time to read the SMS properly. So at twelve on sunday when the stores opened I was in town, rushed into Stockman to get a present for Cecilia, and then with the tram to the church, the christening was starting at one. So the parents walked down the aisle with Cecilia in her christening gown in Anskus arms. Ansku was dressed in a beautiful white gown, and then right before they got to the altar she gave Cecilia to her mom, and I saw she was wearing a veil. Oh man, they were getting married!!!!! And the christening followed. The SMS did say welcome to the christening AND the wedding but well, I just read the beginning, where and when and I missed the whole wedding part :)

And then off to the stable again. That night I spent the first night in my summer appartment. The owner had made up the bed and hung up towels for me, it was like coming to a hotel. Felt so lovely to stretch out in a freshly made bed.... and then I noticed a lump in my breast. Was too exhausted to think any more of it, and fell asleep......

Monday I left work as early as possible and drove to the other side of town to buy horse food. Had to buy it then 'cause on wednesday my dad was coming to Finland and I had to give him the car. Then from there to a meeting of the appartments shareholders. Was decided that our pipe reparation is going to start as fast as possible.

Tuesday before work I went to Perstorp's health center to ask about the lump. So I got a time for the doctor within 20 minutes, he palpated my breasts and decided there was something there and sent me to Porvoo for a mammography and ultrasound the same day. Nothing serious, I just have a cyst 15 mm in diameter in my right breast. Phew.

Wednesday before work I brought the car to be fixed. Still needed some work on the exhaust pipe and the rearview mirror had to be glued back in place. Then it was in tiptop shape to give to my dad in the evening.
