a friend at work let me play his nintendo DS. its totally cool...its so wierd playing mario 64 on a little tiny game boy thing...and it looks probably better than it did on the 64. ???
im fighting all impulses to buy this thing. when do i even need a portable video game system? when im waiting in a doctors office? isnt that what books are for? it IS a very cool idea though. i just feel like my eyes would EXPLODE if i stared at it for too long.
allison gave me the "letters to street christians" this weekend...so ive been reading it like a madman. it has an interesting view on getting married also...

it basically amounted to devoting your life to God instead of another person....which makes sense. the "world system" and "plastic emotions" thing is totally hippyified. i dont know..i guess it kinda caught me off guard that it would have such a strong push towards being single.
oh yeah, does anyone want an incomplete deck of fag cards? theyre not TOO hardcore...but theyre not soft core by any means....no VISIBLE insertions. they were my relatives and i dont want to throw them out...it seems wierd. i would gladly take cash, or just give them away..whatever.
