new york i guess
geez, i havent written in sooooo long! i missed this kinda. neways,...hmmmm....where do i start.
well i went to new york. that was really awesome excpet i get cold easily so the first two days i was always freezing. its funny tho, because the last time i went to new york i was a little younger. this time, i went off alone to look at stuff. i felt like an explorer cuz i went everywhere in the city at my own pace and saw stuff i had always wanted to see. best of all, i trekked to CBGB one day and was so happy. i called chewy as soon as i got there and we talked as i looked through the gallery and he helped me decide which merchandise to buy. i bought a nifty messenger bag you all have seen me sporting and got him an awesome belt. i took plenty a snapshot i spent like 7 more hours trekking through the city. i went to st. patricks cathedral and took some nice pictures. i went to greenwich village and hungout and walked to soho and nyu. i saw one of the stupid olsen twins when i was near nyu. she was wearing those hugh mantis sunglasses. i didn't see the purpose of having such gigantic glasses but watever. two of the days my mom and dad took me to fifth avenue to go shopping with them. my mom bought some nice stuff, but fifth avenue got kinda annoying each time i went with them.
overall, it was a fabulous trip but i missed back home. it was weird not seeing my friends or being in the highlander cuz when im in riverside trhe whole week i just spend time with my friends so this was a huge change for a week. it was cool though cuz i talked or texted with jessica, mj and chrystine. i also wished luke a happy bday from new york and talked to caitlin about how awful that damn mtv store really was. yuck. i also missed chewy a great deal cuz he is pretty missible. we talked everyday and i would share my adventures of the day. and everyday he'd say "valerie plese be careful and dont talk to bums. and remember i love you". he says the most genuine things sometimes. i love that. i told him we have to go back cuz new york as soon as we can cuz new york is indeed one of the coolest places ever. plus they have really good food.
i guess this entry was about new york. i had a pretty cool time so i thought id record it here and write it down. now i have to study for stupid midterms and dammit i have a mypsace now! its always someone aweosme from the highlander that tells me "hey valerie...start this!". and u know wat? i always give in to them because they're the coolest people. i guess the highlander is kind like peer pressure in the best form.
