Sad News from Another Star

Just come back from an entertaining evening to find the sad news breaking on Twitter that Lis Sladen, Doctor Who's much loved Sarah-Jane Smith, has passed away at the age of 63. I don't remember S-J from the first time around, I'm a little too young, but I loved the episodes she did in the new series, and The Sarah-Jane Adventures. And of course, we lost Nicholas Courtney earlier in the year. It's been a sad few months for Who fandom.
