Pisses me off..
I never post in this thing unless i think of something that should go here, this time its a rant. I normally keep up with the news, today i checked the headlines on the website (wcsh6.com) and they had a followup on the LODD (line of duty death) that killed a paramedic from Mexico (maine) This paramedic who took time out of his own night, decided to go with this patient to make sure she was ok, who got killed in the middle of turner... BY A DRUNK DRIVER!
Drunk drivers DO irritate me. Especially ones who drive anyway, knowing there "okay" ill be honest, i drove once after having a few drinks, and i can see how people think there ok to drive, but i realized that night i was very lucky i didnt kill somebody. the regret i would have the rest of my life would consume me.
Im not sure what this guys record is, but i just cant believe that what he did, what the effect was. im sure hes full of regret, if hes even consious enough to even know whats going on (hes still in the hospital) i hope he knows whats going on, because i know a lot of people who would LOVE to pull the plug on that prick.
The biggest thing that gets me about all this; the paramedic who was killed was the same age as my dad, and had three kids as well. UGHH.
