(no subject)
i drove to brads place friday night/early saturday morning when brad called me and said "the apt is unlocked" while he was at work, so i arrived there at 4am, his roomate had the night off and was playing video games in which i "par-took" into the fray. twas quite fun! some roadrage game hehe. went to bed around 5:15 to wait for Brad to arrive home from work, it was about an hour and a half or so later that Brad showed back up... i cant remember when it was.. but he came home anyway, lol..
we cought a nap when he came back so htat way we couldbe up a few hours later for his brothers B-day. trying to get up for 11 was actually 12. so we were worried we were gonna be late to brads parents place, but they overslept... apparently lost power.
Me and Brad showed up at his parents in Limington and rode in Brad's Dad's car to Poland for his brothers B-day. it wasnt that bad, but i was really really tired the whole way up and at the party. i cought my second wind just about the time we left the party and went to Lowes in Auburn, brads parents needed some things for there house, so they were looking around, Brad found a bulb for his Lava Lamp, and i found a "joy of cooking cookies" mini book with mini cookie cutters! hehe!!
then looked around the "Hoe Depot" for a bit, needed some paint for Brads parents place, Me and Brad got looking at paint samples and some of htese "design idea" cards that have pretty photos, he picked up a nice one of this Victorian house. :) pretties.
after leaving there, Brad decided (in consentment ofhis parents and me too) to call out from work that night due to the fact he had all of 2 1/2 hours of sleep the night before, and wasnt even trusting himself to drive to work, he couldnt get directly through to his Boss, and well, just trusted that the TSC would pass the message along to his boss whom he waited on hold for 5 mins to try to speak to. but no success.
turns out he was one of 7 people to call out of work that night. his boss and some of hte co-workers were noticably pissed on that note.
but brad needed sleep. and lots of it. poor guy needs to catch up on his sleep... :-\ poor target pushing the crap out of him and working him to his bones. grr.
we spent some time over at brads folk's place untill my dad called up and said he got Lobsters and steamers for helping out a friend lay some sod. since he said he wrapped them up, me and Brad left his parents place after a bit and made our way to my place, where my parents informed me there were no steamers or lobster. so we just got talking anyway. it was here that Brad decided to give me this "suprise present" he has been gushing on and on about for a few days now, in front of dad and Judy. it was for a thank you for me lending him cash while he was in dire straits, and he also thanked Judy for hte aid in suggestion for the present,and wished me a happy anniversary. he handed me a target bag with a tiny silver box, inside was a Mystic fire topaz pendant :-D
then Debby came over to talk about how she told off my mother *go debby!*
that was cool, we were all griping about my mom and stuff, and about how i should get custody of my sister. but.. meh.. anyway.
it was getting late and we still didnt eat, so we left for mcdonalds and got some food before driving back to brads place.
woke up sunday around 1:30, got up out of bedaround 2, ate subway, went to his parents place, i forgot my purse up there the previous night, so we went up there, and to also possibly help with the painting, we got chatting and sittin around and stuff, when Brad SR noticed bite marks on Brads neck, he asked brad if he got bit by something, then he gave me a knowing wink. i was kinda embarrased.. lol. not like i dont mind.. lol... but i feel wierd about htat kinda thing in front of parents.. lol.. oh well. they still like me nonetheless. whew! lol
came back to my house around 6:45 to meet up with my dad and brother for fathers day dinner at applebees :) we had a great waitress and better food! twas great.
on the way to dinner, we got talking about all this stuff and brad came up in convo, my dad keeps raving about him and my brother only has one gripe about brad... theres nothing to pick at him about. hes too perfect. heh. im not the only one who believes that.
well, i better get my Candy-ass to bed... its 5:20am!! well, have a goodnight TKFML
