It just isn't right to deprecate yourself after failing to achieve a goal.
It is however in order if having done so after making that goal a promise to God.
I wish I knew God's regulations for judgement; if I did I think I'd be a much better person.
And by better person, I mean loving myself enough to take care of myself.
It's been said that you can only be loved once you love and accept yourself. I don't think this is true.
I do think it is true, however, that you will believe you are truly loved only once you love yourself. Otherwise, you will feel these feelings of love directed toward you and accept them, but sometimes question them, even without reason.
I think I need to have yet another talk with God, I hear He's a patient man.
