I believe everyone was a little surprised about it. They do go away though, normally.

Yes! It seems they happen every few weeks or so! Like grand events, cycling through. I've heard some people talk of really bad events that had people hurt, but so far they all seem sweet and easy. I believe you got here for peace week, but there was also a mood color change week that was... strange. One about rings too. Now this. The things that happen are always very... strange.

I just figured there was some kinda event going on in the town was all. But I guess that was too much to hope for.

Yes, for around here, that was a bit to much to hope for. I think this event is more interesting and easier to handle then the full body color change event though, I must say.
