Its been, a very good weekend and I really do hate to see it end. I feel like it was just getting started. :( Being a grown up is very sucky. Rent, DTE, Phone, Insurance, Stupid bills. Mikes Mom and I were talking about when we were younger and able to stay up there for weeks on end. It would have been so nice to do just that. Missi, Dan, MIke and I were all talking about it. Jet Ski-ing, Boating, swimming, bee-ing (cause lets be seriously there is no more jeeping just bees.). The food was great of course. Everything was just...picturesque. It was something Mike and I really needed. I mean after everything that has happened to our relationship and his best friends it has just been a long time coming. We plan on going back up as soon as we can. Dan and Missi both are probably going to come again. Hopefully. I wish she wasn't dating such a boob. I wish I could hangout with her all the time just like we were. I mean she was obsessed with the Amish. Everyone that she met she asked each a weird question and then even bought a book on Amish culture. We bought Amish food, Which by the way WAS SO FREAKING GOOD. :) There quilts are so amazing. I wanted one so badly but they are WAY out of my price range. Which brings me to my next topic in this post um wtf do I get Mike for his birthday. ::Makes face:: I hate this. He always does this to me. Leaves me clueless as to what to get him. I am sure Ill think of something I usually do. Possibly a party with his band and all of their gfs, a few other friends of course, pizza, board games, ::shrugs:: Who knows. Ill think of something perfect like I usually do. It is now 8:03 am and I do not want to go to work instead I would rather be sleeping off the weekend and getting recharged for my week. At least itll be a short week. ::Crosses fingers::
Tomorrow is my second apt and I am not so pumped for it but I am willing to go so I figure that is good. However I am going to be missing one of my favorite preachers that comes to our Summer Bible Conference. FRED FREAKING LUDDER. Hes a very good black baptist preacher from NEW ORLEANS and is back for this year. oh well I can by the DVD if I really want to hear him :)
Off to the daily stupid grind.
