wierd obsession...
i yawned 5 consecutive times, producing a lot of tears and making my eyeliner run during the drive home tonight. when my dad saw me he got all worried and asked me who punched me in the face. i'm sad that i work so much and don't have enough time to spend with him...today was the first time i saw him in 2 days, even though we live in the same house, and he went to bed half an hour after i got home. on saturday we're going to lunch for dim sum like the good old days.
today was madness driving around and getting lost everywhere i went. the sweetest little girls kept me company at the pool this morning. an old man also came and began snoring obscenely loud while sleeping on one of the recliners. all in all an entertaining day at the pool. picked up sarah from camp and drove around for an hour looking for an animal shelter 10 minutes away in jamaica plain only to find that all volunteers have to be 14...boo. met up with kevin for a trader joe's dinner and a visit to the mfa. i walked full speed ahead into a glass window of a display case because i'm so graceful. kevin thought heiroglyphics were extra body parts. oh gosh. i'm completely exhausted from the day, and annoyed of sam and other pettiness. time to move on.
next thursday i'm going to see o.a.r. with pat, jake, drew and whoever takes the 5th ticket...pretty psyched!
