[As reassuring as it is that the child isn't alone, Naomi isn't quite certain how much she can trust Ezio with the young Dastan. Sure, he'll keep him out of trouble and safe, but will he feed him properly? Put him to sleep at a respectable time? Make sure he bathes before bed? No no, too much is up in the air.]

Would it be alright if I spoke to him briefly?

[ Ezio is off doing...who knows what at this point. Likely trying to contact Altair to warn him that Dastan has been downsized. Luckily he's off the phone when the young prince comes and grabs his attention. ]

La regina? [ Ezio looks rightfully confused until he takes the Dreamberry from the boy, patting him on the head lightly and--oh, Sup Naomi. ]

Ah, Naomi. I should have guessed.

[ Nice one, Dastan. Naomi sure needs to be referred to as 'The Queen' now.

He just gives her a look, moving the screen enough so the young Dastan is in view again. that silence should translate to 'everything'. ]

I should begin by asking; how well can you handle children, your highness? [ please help. ]

[Dastan is quietly playing with one of the throwing daggers he found by that really cool looking leather armor resting on the chair near the bed. Don't mind him, he's drawing patterns on the wooden floor]

[She chuckles sweetly, obviously amused with the attention.] Pretty well after a certain experience back in May. I'll come over immediately and bring some children's clothes along.

[Of course, then she manages to catch a glimpse of the child on the floor and just what shiny object he is playing with. That pleasant expression hardens slightly.] I'd put those away and out of reach, Ezio.

Bene, I would appreciate the assistan--[ OR NOT. God dammit, Dastan. He takes his eye off you for two seconds!

The screen shakes as Ezio tosses the Dreamberry on the bed and promptly goes across the room to take the daggers away. Muttering something about how they were very important artifacts or something. he's just making stuff up now. but either way they're up on a shelf soon enough, and then he picks the phone back up. ]

...Sooner rather than later, preferably.

[There's a slight wail of a child having his toy taken away and Dastan whines unhappily. He then crosses his arms over his chest with a huff, giving in not-cool brother the cold shoulder.]

[She gives the sweet child a quick wave.] I'm coming over for a visit, Dastan. Keep an eye on your older brother so he doesn't get into trouble.

[When he hears his name again, he runs over to wave at the pretty lady. He nods slowly, his eyes going rounder as her words sink in. The queen is coming to visit? He better behave, right?]

I....I will!

[He then let goes of the Dreamberry, letting Ezio finish his conversation, though a soft 'You know the Queen, brother?' can be heard in the background.]
