Tropical what?
zomg, a tropical storm! Yeah... no. It's Tropical Depression Ernesto now, and it's so fragmented that it hasn't been raining in the time since I woke up (around 12, except for the two phone calls telling me Delta isn't flying, so don't come in), and it's alternately sunny/partly cloudy. So no work for me today. Let's here it for days off! (I'm still getting paid though. It's grrreat.)
According to the talking heads, this storm is what we needed... rain, but little damaging winds. Weak, but with lots of rain. I bet Miami still gets a haul of aid from FEMA. They have long practice working the system there. And it was still kindof a storm when it hit them.
In other news, I'm going to be bored this weekend. Someone give me something to do. Preferably someone cute, and with mammary glands. (Yes, I know, I'm sexist that way.) I haven't seen snakes on a plane... maybe I'll do that.
