I can't believe people feel it's okay to be making jokes about something like this. It makes me so unbelievably angry.

Were there jokes in the comments of the link? I didn't really pay attention to anything besides the pictures...

What's most annoying is how the Americans who are going "Revenge for Pearl Harbor you damn Japs!" obviously are neglecting the fact that a) we dropped two atomic bombs on Japan that more than enough made up for whatever vendetta our grandparents may have had and b) we have military personnel STATIONED in Japan.

We have 3 Army bases,4 Marine bases, 4 Naval bases, and 3 Air Force bases. Not all of them are in Okinawa. The personnel go on regular military exercises throughout the country.

So saying "Hell yeah, got what was coming to you!" is also a slap in the face to the servicemen who protect this nation from abroad.

Seriously Layne, I want to kill some of the ignorant assholes out there. So bad.

Ugh. Just...UGH. Luckily, no children have made such remarks. I'm afraid I would have been quite unkind if they did.
