Where did that week go?

I had fun in Osaka. Jokes were had, money was spent, food and drink was consumed, and I got to see penguins. It was lovely.

Not so lovely was taking a week to figure out that the medicine I was taking made me constantly dizzy. I started it on the 26th, and started feeling dizzy every now and then. Come the 29th, it was pretty intolerable dizziness. I couldn't figure it out. So I thought well maybe it's exhaustion. So I just chilled out at home. Nope, still really dizzy! Okay, well I eat plenty of iron rich foods so it's not that...and then I realized hey I started taking that herbal medicine a week ago, and this site here says SOME HERBAL MEDICINES MAKE YOU DIZZY.

So I decided to put this to the test and not take it.

And I am far less dizzy today! My balance is still a bit off but I had been taking it for a week so it will hopefully be out of my system before this weekend. When I go back to Osaka. For a doujinshi event. Oh yeah.

So I feel like I wasted a week of winter vacation, being dizzy and sitting at home watching the tv/youtube.

But in hindsight, I didn't really plan to do much else. =/ Maybe all I needed to do was waste time for a week.

So now that I can see straight and focus, I am going to spam you with pictures. Lots and lots of pictures. You have been warned.

Also, Doctor Who. I love that show. I am looking forward to 11th Doctor. I'm sorry I did not cry for the 10th one. I loved him, sure, but what's great about the Doctor is that he always great. Each one is different. But each one is still the same guy deep down inside - the savior of the universe!
I was personally more emotionally invested in Wilfrid. And Donna. They are my favorite companions, by far.

And nostalgia hit me. For shows from the 80s and 90s and even before then. Because I guess I really was raised on TV. I watched so many shows. So many shows. And I still excelled in school. Go figure!
