Say Japan like Michael Jackson!

THE OCTOBER ENGLISH BOARD IS UP.

I'll take a photo on Monday. It isn't nearly as cool as September's but for something I made in a day, it's not bad. I fear Matsui will steal my soul for the sake of English board making. I just hope the kids take the work sheets - prize is apparently an uncommon word and I don't really have space to change it to "small gift" "present" "something good." "Reward" seems even more difficult so "prize" will have to do.

I also managed to catch my knuckle on one of the tacks that had broke so now one finger is rendered useless, and that makes things interesting. =/

One of the first year girls helped me take down the old stuff and put up the new. I totally don't know her name but I never knew she was so interested in me or my boards. She was nice though and we talked a lot - my Japanese is shit lately, so I had to like...repeat myself like mad because I made no sense more often than not. But it was fun and I hope she does one of the worksheets.

IT RAINED ALL DAY. I WAS NOT AMUSED. IT WAS ALSO HUMID. JESSICA SENSEI WAS SWEATY ALL DAY AND WAS READY TO KILL JAPAN FOR SUCH WEATHER. I dislike how sweaty clothing feels. And wet clothing. Ick. The doctor sensei was ready to send me home to change clothes - in a taxi - but I couldn't justify spending 10 bucks on a change of clothes which would only get wet again. So we decided to stick a towel in my clothing to like absorb moisture...I don't think it worked but she laughed at how warm the towel was afterwards. I AM ALWAYS WARM. I'M A FUCKING HEAT GENERATOR.

I got to put on this...lotion? that some of the first year boys wear. It smells very feminine. I will never understand Japanese boys. Ever.

I also got to read a Harry Potter transcript to one class. How I miss the days of voice acting for my brothers...I wanted so badly to do a British accent but I feared they wouldn't understand me...I'm afraid Ron and Harry ended up sounding a bit too similar. Ikeda said they love Harry Potter so it didn't matter - and she loves it when I do voices/drawings for her so she was just like "you're so awesome!"

I AM A PERFECTIONIST AT CREATIVE THINGS OKAY? TOO BAD I FAIL SO BAD.

Speech practice went well. Yuuta is seriously interested in free masons, and aliens, and ghosts so I wrote up a list of stuff for him to check out. He seemed pretty excited about it - he's really into the Free Masons. The third year teachers think the Free Masons are evil. I was just like "uh you know, I have no idea? =D" Anyway, Yuuta was saying "Japan" like "Jafan" so I was like "JaPan!" and Sakata was like "yeah, say it like Michael Jackson!" And thus we all said "JaPAN!" which you know may not be at all like how he said it but oh well.

I got a bit emotional over Doctor Who but it all worked out by the end of the episode. I am seriously attached to Donna Noble. 8/ I like her a lot.

I might be trading Hetalia cards with the librarian's daughter's friend. XD I doubt she has any cards I want but I will gladly give her any of my doubles.

doctor who, hetalia, good day, work, harry potter, japan, michael jackson, matsue
