I have watched so much animal planet, history channel, discovery channel...goodness...none of the shows are OMG SO AWESOME but it's nice to have something to watch

Toshiba hmmmm (You realize I would call it Toshi in the end because I am THAT lame). Have you had any problems in it? Does it weigh a lot?
AHAHAHAHHA Yoshiki on Baywatch oh god that would be HILARIOUS. Because he can do the dramatic expressions too! He could be the transfer from "France" or something because his English has such a French accent. But Pamela Anderson might get jealous if there's a prettier woman than her on set. =/
Yeah...I mean...losing feeling is BAD. And it supposedly had spread to both arms and thus he was like ok ok SURGERY NAO. I know he's never been the healthiest of men, and has bad health habits too (not enough rest, too much work, drumming like an animal when doctor's tell him to fucking cut it out do we got to strap you to a bed sir?!) but...yeah...he just seemed to be pretty good about taking care of himself for the last decade or so and it's kind of scary how any improvement he made has been ruined by about 10 concerts.
Yeah, the fans will go...the drama will go OFF the meter man. I'm not into that. I understand being upset, I just won't be upset because I don't take personal offense to concerts being canceled. It is a lot of pressure for him. He has to be better by October OR ELSE DUN DUN DUUUUN. If he's a good patient, he WILL recover 100%. (But hey now I know why all the Japanese fans I know have been all like "mmmrrrrrrr we are worried..." when I thought nothing was going on. Guess I was missing the signs! XD;)
Yeah...I mean I don't want him to stop being a musician because that seems to be the one thing that keeps him sane (so he says). He would...lose it...maybe even kill himself if he could not play a piano again. He wants to continue being a drummer too but...I mean I want what's good for him but what's ultimately good for him means ending his career. There has to be a middle ground. But fans expect a certain level of performance from him.
Well I will just keep positive. Every other fan is worrying or debating, so I don't really have to add to that. But I'm kind of fond of the old French woman, so I just wanted to throw my thoughts out there ya know? I hope all the Janne boys are taking care of themselves!
The laptop is a little hefty, but for a laptop it's certainly not a brick. I'd say for having a 17-inch screen and full keyboard though it's about as light as it can be. I haven't had any problems with it so far, the only kind of bitching thing was getting all the preinstalled shit off of there; but that's true of any computer you don't build yourself these days.
Yeah...as far as Yoshiki goes, you always hope that something like this will make the fans pull their heads out the collective ass and realize that the health of the band is what's most important. Besides, you know these people would be the ones bitching that they didn't get the best performance EVAR and a blowjob at the end if they were to play a date they really should have canceled for health reasons.
I could never be upset if Janne or ABC cancelled a tour date (hell, it happened to ABC when Chisato fucked his back up); I'd just be worried about the person who was hurt, or whatever. I don't see how people can be any different. Sure, if it was a show I was going to, part of me would be disappointed, but then Band Mom Instinct would kick in and I'd just be worried about them being able to take care of themselves the way they should be.
As for my boys, they seem to all be doing all right; the only one who we're really like ...where did he GO is ka-yu, and that's because, from all reports, he's been doing a lot of fishing this summer. yasu's starting up his tour blog again, so I can keep a close eye on him and what are sure to be dorktastic entries. XD
Yeah the preinstalled stuff is always a bitch. DX I find reformatting it before even messing with it helps. It seems Toshiba and Sony are both good brands, so I need to look into them both.
Yeah, they are. =/ It's not even a regional thing it's just a fan thing - some feel really entitled because they bothered to download a CD or look at pictures or something and when they cancel a date near/in their country of residence they freak out. Or they're constantly fighting with other people, or just acting obnoxious in general. It's really annoying. It's kind of why I don't interact with a lot of other fans.
Yeah I'd be disappointed too! But you know, what matters more? "your" concert or them being healthy enough to come back again and again in the future? I know things like X Japan's World Tour are a once in a lifetime thing more than likely but would you rather Yoshiki drum himself into paralysis because you didn't want to lose all the money you put into it, or would you rather they come back when he is better and drum your brains out, and then come back again next year if the band is still together?
This sense of entitlement seems to be really prevalent amongst younger fans, like teens and 21 and younger. I notice people my brother's age are really focused on ME ME ME and don't even say please and thank you.
Ahahaha oh ka-yu. I hope he catches a lot of fish! Oooh yea for dorky entries!
