5th grade: went just fine; apparently "social studies" = "soy joy" and "home economics" = "home ecoramen." We also practiced the "th" sound, and well we all ended up making raspberries. But they had fun and that's what counts.
4th grade: they had fun too but really learning month names is hard. But I like all my kids. By the way, the girl who can't hear without hearing aids, she is FAST at English. She will kick your ass. D=
Last day at Dai San until midway through March. This makes me sad. T_T I love that school. All the teachers are cool, they know how to work with me, the kids are all great and for the most part well behaved. I don't hate anyone or dislike anyone or really have any troubles at all at that school.
Mayumi told me I am "too much excited" about May. I can't help it! DX
Only have four pages left in the Toshi translation! Translating sound effects is hard, especially when that's all the sentence is. Thanks, Toshi, thanks.
I walked home with a group of my kids and was quizzed on words. They now know "light pole," "telephone pole," "sign," "cigarettes," "tree," "leaf," "pine needle," and probably something else. What was great though is they use English on each other. I'm glad they say "good bye" or "see you" outside of class.
Bought some groceries, though the store looks like they're in the middle of restocking everything I want or need (veggies come oooon). I also clambered around an embankment so I could look at and take pictures of plum blossoms. I felt so wild haha.
I ORDERED AND ATE PIZZA AND IT WAS DELICIOUS AND I WANT MORE FNHRJEKFERULHFJREK. I LOVE YOU ROYALHAT PIZZA. ANOMNOMNOMNOM.
ALSO LOVE SHUFFLE. WHAAAT? Ok ok see gay man is indeed gay, and has his sights set on photographer man, but photographer man likes ghost girl and ghost girl looooves photographer man. It's like...crazy. and gay man is like ghost girl's therapist so it's like a battle between them for photographer man! D8 To make this even more hilarious, there are a lot of similarities between ghost girl and AU RP crack pairing Mana, and photographer man is kind of like AU RP crack pairing Toshi and it's just like STOP STEALING PLOT IDEAS FROM OUR RP OMG.
Sadly, Daigo's character still seems rather minor. T^T I want more dorky Daigo!
And I had issues falling asleep so here I am, half awake on a Saturday. Doing nothing today - chores, resting, talking to friends, watching stuffs.
Tomorrow I am going to Hiroshima. I want to get out and stretch my legs! DX
