Stomach Bug?

Feb 24, 2009 22:47

Dear Body,

Please to be not keeping me up all night with stomach pains. If you do not like something I put in you, please get rid of it sooner than later. Do not make me lose sleep.

No love,

Jess

Classes:
4th grade: went well. August is a hard one. So is November and September...most months that are more than one or two syllables are hard. But they did their best and I think they had fun!

Akira dragged me around the school for 20 minutes. She practically wore me out just looking for a place to play as I refused to go out in the MUD.

3rd grade: X Japan sensei apparently has low blood pressure in the mornings. Poor dude. He is actually taller than me. (Part of me is secretly sad that he is married but that makes things easier as romances at work would be AWKWARD.) The kids got into their lesson. It didn't translate so well to the other third grade class because they are evil little kids at times. But when they got quiet and listened it went alright.

Lunch was frickin delicious.

First grade: went well. they are as genki as ever and I love their little smiling faces.

I spent sixth period watching a seeing eye dog demonstration. I snuck in and when there was a gap between questions, X Japan sensei was like "And joining us now is Jessica-sensei." and the kids all went OMFG?!8D I had like 60 kids turn and stare at me. He then explained who I was to the presenter. See, they wanted me to come because in Japan, they train seeing eye dogs/aid dogs in English. A lot of the kids took that to heart - that English just isn't fun happy get stickers class, it can be used to help people, and in the work place, and even dogs can 'learn' it. I was just glad they didn't call on me to give my thoughts about it as I was so tired my Japanese was made of FAIL.

I do love surprising my kids like that though. They all fight to sit next to you too.

Cooking club made me a sandwich. They even gave me a card with it. T^T They're all sixth graders. I am really really going to miss them.

And then home! Where I have uh caught up on LJ (oh god TR RP, I can not believe I have so many open logs. X__x) and watched another episode of Doctor Who. I love you Doctor. <3

Now I just wish my tummy wouldn't hate on me. And I gotta translate Toshi's newest blog entry. XD;

AND LAYNE I GOT YOUR LETTER!

tired, good day, kumano, sleep, work, toshi, japan
